We offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- If a course is cancelled by us.
- If you are unable to attend your course, and notify us within 24 hours prior to course date. (We will do our best to make a reasonable accommodation in case of an unforeseen circumstance). We will make sure you are able to attend another course, or give you a refund.
- If you are not satisfied with your training course, notify your instructor before the end of the course.
Refunds will be in the form of a check issued to the original purchaser or refund back onto the original payment card used. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for us to process a refund. If you do not receive your refund within 4-6 weeks, please contact us.
Each participant must be registered for a course. You can transfer your purchase to another person, however they must be legally able to possess a firearm and register for the course. It is your responsibility to notify us of the transfer to another person and ensure we have their completed registration prior to course date. Their acceptance to attend must be confirmed prior to the course date.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our safety policies, and excuse them from training without refund. If you pay for a course and then fail a background check or otherwise lose your legal ability to carry a firearm, you will not receive a refund.
We will use common sense and reason when dealing with our clients and refund requests. We understand we can’t have a policy for every unforeseen situation, and therefore we will do our best to ensure our clients are happy with the training we provide.
We will do our best to ensure our clients have the best possible training available. If you attend a training course and do not believe it was valuable training, we will provide you with a full refund.
